- How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
- From the podcast - I really am looking to gain insight in to getting on my feet on my own.
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- I'm now completely self-employed running my business - Orracle Media specializing in website, CMS and E-commerce design. We're currently living out the principle, "if you find yourself forced in to a corner and absolutely had no other choice, what could you accomplish?" I guess we're going to find out!
- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- I want to be independent. It's become obvious to me that I've allowed too much control of my life by the hands of my employers. I've enjoyed my work, but I don't want to ever be in a position again where I am a slave to a paycheck and the whim of someone who holds my family's well-being in their hands.
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- To bring some stability and peace to our family.
- What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- I've got a strong business acumen, along with technical know-how. I've worked in sales for several years, and have a strong business background. I'm also technologically savvy and own my own web design & development business. I've gone to great lengths to teach myself most of what I know regarding web design and development. I want to combine my keen eye for design, with my business expertise to lauch a successful web design business.
