- How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
- I heard about this Community from Dan. I have been a part of the 48 Days Community in the past. There are so many great mentors and resources available in this community! I hope to build relationships, to share and gather valuable information.
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- I am currently employed by a Fortune 50 Company. I was recruited into this company 4 years ago as a Sales Manager to lead a commission based sales team. Over the past 4 years I have seen a lot of change and corporate restructure. The key to implementing change in a corporate environment is to have strong leadership skills, a positive attitude and a listening ear.
I also have a passion for creating income in non-traditional ways and I want to help others do the same. There are so many families trying to figure out how to get ahead but simply don't know how with their current work situation. At Generate411.com we provide the information you need to create non-traditional income.
- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- I am a Leader, Motivator, Coach, and Friend. I am driven to help others succeed in their work. I want to see everyone I work with achieve their career and income goals!
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- My Lord and My Family!
- What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- People come to me for advice. I have always been able to lead, to motivate, and I love that.. I see myself as a true coach, someone people look to for direction. Weather it is a sales team looking for direction on what it takes to close the deal, or someone who hates what they do, they find themselves on the wrong seat, sometimes on the wrong bus. I have always been able to help. I have the ability to help those looking to generate money outside of the traditional work model find their passion, put legs on it, and create income doing it.
